The countdown is on for Portland’s favourite fishing competition - the month long Hooked on Tuna extravaganza. This year’s festival will held over four weekends opening Saturday 31 March and continuing each weekend until Sunday 29 April. This year’s entrants will again be vying for more than $12,000 in prize money, with weigh-ins each Saturday and Sunday afternoon coordinated by the Portland Sport Fishing Club with support from the Portland Lions Club and Portland Coast Guard.Last print ad
