National Patient Transport (NPT) is a trusted and longstanding partner to Ambulance Victoria, as well as other public and private health services. We are proud to provide over 200,000 patient transfers annually and are committed to delivering best-in-class patient experience and patient transport solutions. With a large fleet of over 200 specialised patient transport vehicles, NPT provides dedicated patient transport services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We offer a range of healthcare transport services to major health services including walker, hoist and stretcher transport services, and specialist services for high acuity and complex patients. Our NPT 24/7 Customer Support Centre coordinates the transport of patients between hospitals, from hospital to home and from home to outpatient appointments. We focus on streamlining transport to improve patient access and to provide reliable service delivery.
