Jon graduated in Veterinary Science at the University Of Melbourne in 2000 and has worked exclusively in Dairy/Beef practices in Western Victoria and South East South Australia. During this time Jon has undertaken extensive reproductive trial work. This includes whole herd Fixed Time AI synchrony, Non Cycling cow treatments and Sexed Semen. Complementing the clinical trial work is a substantial body of detailed records and analysis of treatments used on client’s farms. Using this evidence based resource, collected using cows and farming systems from Western Victoria, recommendations are able to be tailored to a properties unique requirements. Underpinning rigorous analysis is accurate pregnancy testing. Jon has been using an Ultrasound scanner for 15 years and is an accredited Ultrasound pregnancy tester and Examiner with the Australian Cattle Vets Preg. Check scheme. He is also accredited for export pregnancy testing.
