Assisting Health Support Groups within the South West Region. The Combined Health Support Network is a local non for profit organisation that coordinates social functions for those people in our community living with chronic medical conditions. CHSN events celebrate the importance of maintaining social connectedness and a sense of wellbeing despite the medical challenges faced on a daily basis by its members. Many people who benefit from this organisation are forced to spend a large proportion of their income on maintaining their health, it is for this reason that the CHSN fundraise to offset the costs of our social functions.
